North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU)

Candidates seeking lateral entry shall only be allowed only in the programmes where the same is specifically mentioned and permitted,
Students who are pursuing programmes from other universities can pursue their remaining part of the programme under the credit transfer scheme of the university.
Students have to pay lateral/credit transfer fees to the NEFTU.
Course Details
- This is suited for those students who have failed to complete their engineering/ B.Tech degrees from any university and wish to continue their studies with NEFTU under the Credit Transfer/ Lateral entry system.
- The NEFTU follows a transparent mechanism for its admission procedure.
- The University administers its own entrance test/personal interview and also considers the scores of national and state level entrance examination for the selection.
Procedure for admission
- Students can download the admission form from the university website http://www.neftu.edu.in/admission-form/ or collect directly from the admission department of the university with prescribed fee. For all the courses the same admission form is applicable.
- Candidates seeking admission will have to submit the duly filled application form to the admission department of the university with following documents along with the course fee.
- They are also to submit a copy of all mark sheets and certificates.
- They have to provide a valid Id & address proof.
- Affidavit ( the format for which is made available on the ‘download’ section of www.neftu.edu.in)
- Migration certificate from previous board/university.
- Four passport size photographs.
